Nearly a decade after Anthrax released their last full-length, ‘For All The Kings’, the New York thrash legends have officially completed mixing on its long-anticipated successor. The update surfaced through a now-deleted post from drummer Charlie Benante, who revealed that the mixing process wrapped at Dave Grohl’s Studio 606.
The band began recording the still-untitled twelfth album with producer Jay Ruston (Stone Sour, Avatar) several years ago, but writing hurdles and scheduling conflicts dragged the process out longer than expected. Vocalist Joey Belladonna didn’t finish tracking his parts until this past July—marking the final major step toward the LP’s completion.
