Thrash metal icons Anthrax continue to preview material from their long-awaited next studio album, this time unveiling a new snippet featuring vocals during a recent live performance in Australia.
Fan-filmed footage captured the band performing the unreleased track on Wednesday, March 25 while onstage in Adelaide, offering one of the most substantial glimpses yet at their forthcoming eleventh studio effort. The appearance marked another in a growing series of live teases the group has worked into recent setlists as anticipation builds for their first new album in nearly a decade.
The record was initially expected to arrive this spring, but recent business changes behind the scenes have shifted the timeline. The band is now targeting a November release window for the album — their first full-length since 2016 — while a lead single is currently expected to surface in May.
