Austrian blackened death metal force BELPHEGOR have premiered a music video for their brand-new single “Sanctus Diaboli Confidimus”, marking their first release through new label home Reigning Phoenix Music.
The track arrives with all the infernal fury expected of the veteran group, blending haunting atmosphere and punishing aggression. Vocalist/guitarist Helmuth Lehner offered the following insight into the single’s meaning and intent:
“A symbiosis of diabolical black death metal. A glorification of the Devil. A hypnotic anthem of passion, fire and iron discipline. It stands for the absolute freedom to walk your own path, to reign within your own realm.”
The accompanying music video, directed by Thomas Keplinger, captures the blasphemous intensity of the track and has been released alongside the single.
