Biohazard’s fall North American headlining tour with Onyx, Bayway, and Swollen Teeth appears to be in trouble, with multiple dates reportedly canceled due to low ticket sales. While some shows are still moving forward, several venues have already announced cancellations to ticket holders.
Bayway, who were slated to open the tour, have officially dropped off the lineup and announced a new run of dates in place of the now-uncertain Biohazard trek, citing “unforeseen circumstances.”

Responding to fan questions on Instagram, Biohazard vocalist/guitarist Billy Graziadei addressed the cancellations, explaining that promoters were responsible for pulling some of the dates:
“It’s 99% of the time the promoters, guys. They get nervous because they didn’t do their job and promote the show and let people know a band is playing! Been like this since we started!”
The tour was originally scheduled to run from October 3rd through November 3rd, though the full list of remaining dates has yet to be confirmed.

BIOHAZARD’s Fall Tour Faces Cancellations Amid Reported Low Ticket Sales
https://springgreen-caribou-353428.hostingersite.com/biohazard-fall-tour-cancellations-2025/
While part of me might agree with the band’s assessment that it was the fault of the promoters, part me has to vehemently disagree with Biohazard’s statement. I say this as a fan from the early 1990’s, but the band really started to lose popularity in the late 1990’s and hasn’t done too many tours of the USA to stay relevant. I noticed when the band was listed second of 4 bands on an Insane Clown Posse tour.
Honestly, and this is someone in the business saying this objectively speaking, but I felt like this tour was engineered to lose money. Onyx hadn’t been a draw since the middle 1990’s and the other two bands might be big business in 5 years, but they really aren’t good for tickets as of this moment. Most of the teenagers to early adults who saw them in the early 1990’s to early 2000’s have aged out of going to shows and they need to tap into the newer audiences.
Also, Biohazard’s last full scale US tour was as direct support for Clutch in 2001. I was security at the Engine Room show in Houston, Texas and had a blast working with the band. The band have done some east coast touring to my knowledge, but that’s really about it. When I saw them, Bobby Hambell was NOT with the band, so the band was playing with 3/4’s of the line up and still put on a blistering show with Scott Roberts in the band. I can only imagine how visceral and powerful the show will be with all 4 original members on stage.
While the band definitely has a following in Europe and other places in the world, the U.S.A. has kind of moved on from the band. Hell, their last album didn’t even get a stateside release and had to be ordered as an import, so that should tell something about how little focus was on keeping their name fresh in the U.S. market.
They either need to A.) get direct support slots from more popular old school thrash metal bands like Megadeth (who they did a tour with recently) or Testament B.) jump on tours with new school hardcore bands like Kublai Khan or Knocked Loose where they can play direct support or C.) stay a fly in band for fests in the U.S.A. D.) do a New York Hardcore themed tour with bands like Agnostic Front, Madball, and other old school NYHC themed bands or E.) All of the above. The band doesn’t need to be straight up headlining right now…..unless it’s on the East Coast, where they will be guaranteed sell-out pretty much every night.
I say all of this because I want Biohazard to succeed and I definitely want the band to come to Texas and play a show. I wanted to see the original line up and I was planning on hitting Dallas show with my good friend Eric Allen until I got the news that half of the tour got cancelled.
Joshua Vickery can’t say I disagree with you on this. All of your points are spot on. Regardless of their popularity in the 90’s. It’s been a long time since they were a big active band. I was on that tour in 2001 that you mention. I played in the band Candiria who went on before Biohazard and Clutch every night. I think the only thing I could add to what you say is that Leo Hurley was in the band at that time. Not Scott Roberts.
I also want to see them do well. I just don’t think it’s a realistic thing in 2025 to expect the draw that they were hoping for. And it’s a lil lame to blame promoters. Maybe a few here and there will drop the ball. But they want the shows to be successful too.
Michael MacIvor dude your band kicks ass!
Nick Hoecker thank you Nick. I appreciate that.
Michael MacIvor hah, casually reading the comments on a random page and a random dude is talking about his band Candiria. I just want to say what a huge fan I am of Candiria, and have been for a long time.
Jay Purcell right!?!?!
Michael MacIvor 🙌🏻 huge Candiria fans here.
Jay Purcell haha that’s cool dude. I truly appreciate it.
Aus Mat Husain thank you for the sentiment. It’s always cool to hear from you all.
Michael MacIvor I’m in Malaysia by the way. Still keep the cds some 7″ and shirts.
Surrealistic madness, beyond reasonable doubt. Classic!!
Aus Mat Husain that’s a long way from me. It’s beautiful that music can bring people who are on other sides of the world together
Joshua Vickery I don’t disagree at all and I saw them this past weekend at Furnace Fest. It was absolutely something special seeing Bobby back. That said, I think they should definitely play the festival circuit for another year and rebuild their audience not just for old school fans but pull in new fans as well. They put on a hell of a show Sunday and the crowd responded in kind.
Joshua Vickery You’re not wrong. NYHC is a niche genre and most old school fans are GenX’ers pushing retirement age. They’ll fill clubs/theaters no problem, but financially that’s a break-even proposition at best.
Joshua Vickery, finally someone who knows what he’s talking about ! 👍👍 While touring in Europe this spring, with Life Of Agony Famiglia , they sold out almost every show … Ok it wasn’t big venues…but it could have been! You’re right when you say they’re still “popular” in Europe, there’s a strong fan base here…I went to many of these shows, and, believe me, they really kicked ass, great shows, amazing sound 😍🤙With Bobby Hambel spinning around, it was a time capsule 🤩🤩🤩 back in the 90’s 🥳🥳🥳☣️
Heyhey MyMyi saw them play a sold out show in berkeley a year ago. It was pretty awesome. That show was definitely promoted well
Heyhey MyMy The tour in europe was in club of 2k people capacity
In my town, that played sold out in a room of 1700 peoples
Joshua Vickery agreed. As a fan of 30 years, I believe special album only show like UD or TSOTWA could be a good move.
Joshua Vickery reunion tour was a hugh sucsess for one year ago. And it full house in EU. So they still selling tickets.
100% Agree. They fell out from touring and just really disappeared. To try to make a comeback and be back where they once were is a long shot. If they get out there as support for other bands and taking small slots for awhile. Then I think they can and will get back to where they once were. When a band like battle hazard goes away for a long time. Unfortunately, when they come back quite often, they have to rebuild to where they once were.

Joshua Vickery but then Life of Agony has been having a nice run the past few years , I wish they played with them
People prolly only going for Bayway
Jgz Laiho yea OK
Jgz Laiho lmao
Jgz Laiho E-town from Temu? Doubt it
Michael Anthony hxc kids nowadays prolly don’t know biohazard
Michael Anthony wasnt E Town already the Temu version of Downset? 🤣🫣
Jgz Laiho lol put down the fentanyl
Jgz Laiho I think the word you’re looking for is “Probably”
James Hawkins Jr it prolly is
Jgz Laiho just make up your own words. I like it, retard
Jgz Laiho I’m going for Onyx then leaving.
Question is who in the hell bought a biohazard CD in the 90s . I just remembered the singer being on the show Oz. Then on that TV show of making a rock band.
Jon Pilgrim me.
Jon Pilgrim I bought every fucking one
Jon Pilgrim Me
Jon Pilgrim there were bands other than Pantera. Hard to believe, I know
Chris Supay Déélgééd I’ve seen morbid Angel. Gwar . Coc. Slayer the original members. Did sound for comeback kid. Did Lights for clutch. Seen opeth . In flames . Work almost every top grossing tours from 07 to 09. Biohazard. Has 50,000 on average of sales in the US. So that’s not even a 1,000 albums per state. They was a bigger band over seas. Just like most metal is here.
Also seen Devin Townsend open for symphony x. With about 20 other people in Omaha
Jon Pilgrim The answer is everyone.
Jon Pilgrim alot of us
Jon Pilgrim that’s a really dumb question. Not surprised though . I hear alot of ignorance and lack of respect from younger gen’s
Jon Pilgrim me and lived on another side of the planet
Jon Pilgrim Me, every single one. Plus bootlegs. Plus demos.
Jon Pilgrim I did right after seeing their dubut video on headbangers ball. 1993ish? then seen them last year in AC at the hard rock, they opened for megadeth
Jon Pilgrim lol me. I discovered them on the Judgement night soundtrack.. 🤘😀🤘
Jon Pilgrim I bought every biohazard CD in the 90s lol. The first 3 records were the best
Chris Supay Déélgééd actually before 1993 I had their cassette tapes (old as dirt)
Andrew Cornman I still have the cassettes! 😂
Jon Pilgrim Urban Discipline sold over a million copies.
Kevin Gill yeah probably all overseas.
Right here! If you didn’t, then you need to, you’re missing out!
Jon Pilgrim I guess you missed the 90s.
Cristóbal Sánchez if I miss the 90s then propane’s better than biohazard. The only thing the slam cover. Biohazard would only be good for festivals. The whole 20 people on here arguing with me is my point. I bet you that band’s probably way bigger in the UK than they are in the United States.
Jon Pilgrim probably yo Mamma!!!
Aj Farkas as long as she was paying the electric bill I don’t care what she did with her body. 😂
Jon Pilgrim I did dumbass..
Jon Pilgrim Me…I’m 52 and bought the first self titled Album before Urban…And seen then 3 times before urban. You should Stick to Old school metal like Korn😂.
Jon PilgrimState of the world address Muda farker. Best ever
Jon Pilgrim i bought the s/t cassette when it came out. Still my favorite biohazard album to date and one of my top 5 hardcore albums of all time
The state of the world is awful economically speaking. We are just at the beginning of seeing a full on recession and the u s dollar is going to be worthless within a few years. Touring industry is suffering, so is every other non essential industry. The clubs are gonna have to start lowering what they want. And bands are going to have to start lowering ticket prices.
That’s the only way possible to get people packed in there. But unfortunately, that makes it almost impossible to tour and be profitable unless you’re a huge major act like metallica and can charge three hundred dollars a ticket and dumbass morons buy them.
Jon Pilgrim who didnt?
Jon Pilgrim i had then all !!
Jon Pilgrim don’t forget he was married to a porn star.
Media: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=2230605634088718&set=p.2230605634088718&type=3
Jon Pilgrim what? They were pioneers of the NY hardcore scene.
All their albums are amazing.
Who? 💅🏿
SAN ANTONIO SHOW tomorrow…and it says sold out
I love Biohazard, but I personally don’t know anyone else who listens to them.
Come to Miami
Biohazard is an awesome band.
State of the world address is a masterpiece of hardcore originality with no throw away song’s.
Urban Discipline is also one of the best hardcore albums.
Tours are tough now.
We are getting old and getting to shows is harder and harder.
Tell ya this much anybody that goes will not be disappointed.
They put on such a high energy show
Scott Zimmermann Idk, five blocks to the subway could be thrown away and I wouldn’t miss it.
Jason Chmiel love that song. I just really love that album. I think maybe why I like it so much is because it was not like any other album I’ve listened to at the time.
It seemed to really mess some hip hop and some serous guitar tone.
The only thing that sucks is it’s hard to figure out on guitar. I’m thinking maybe 3-5 guitars mixed together.
I watched a making of video and Bobby Hambel was not playing a Les Paul
Jason Chmiel I really need to wear glasses when writing. I spell better
Also, growing up on Avenue N and Utica the lyrics really spoke to me.
Scott Zimmermann fuck yes !! And I love Urban Discipline.
As others have said, touring is rough. Even a decade ago, I was seeing bands that packed decent venues in the late 90s/early 00s in literal roadside dive bars miles out of the “stated” town. I can hardly imagine how it is now.
Brian Romecki like who?
Justin Duffer Orgy, for one. They played festivals years back and were in “Baltimore” (actually Joppa) when they were touring with Davey Suicide and another band back in 2013. It was wild seeing a band go from MTV airplay to van life like that. They still put on a great show, it was just kind of surreal to see the change.
Brian Romecki I’ve seen it too, but was curious as to what bands you were going to mention
Time to hang it up boys
Goofy fucking garbage
Sir Woodrow Doorman goofy fuckin name
Bill DeNuto Sure thing DeNuts
Should’ve then played smaller venues ti get their name back out there. I was headed to the Madison, WI show to see them with Onyx for the first time. Never had the chance to see them before in our area. Their collab on the Judgment Night sntk and Onyx’s Slam are some of my fav songs of my teens
IF THEY COME THROUGH, ILL BE THERE! GITERRDONE
The new EP is surprisingly really good….But they need to be playing smaller venues and get their name back out there.
And sh*t like Lorna Shore sells out🙄
Blackout tattoos is the tribal tattoo of the 90s
Chris Gregory trendy AF
Chris Gregory absolutely horrible
Sad to hear, but they need Life of Agony on a US tour. Onyx, sorry, but not gonna do it
I’ve seen them well over 20 times. 3 times since Evan rejoined and they are fucking great!
There new album is AMAZING!!!! I hope they can make it to Georgia.
#Biohazard will play Alcatraz fest next year in Belguim. As a fan in the ’90 I bet the roof will come off during that gig. So I think is not just “the music” is the problem but promotion and the right support for fans to buy expensive tickets just for 1 band they like. Maybe that’s the problem, no?
Kurt G. Kurtieboy bunch of assholes after 1994
Went to the Indianapolis date. Not very crowded, but a killer fucking show. Bayway motherfucker!
Riley Erin Hale agreed, I was really surprised at the low turnout but kinda expected it since they’re not a typical midwest band. But I really enjoyed it and hung after the show to get my cd signed. Bobby said they want to return next year!!
Mark A Horn Sr really sucks, because that venue was awesome too. It was my first time there.
Riley Erin Hale my first time there too
Is Tera in the ticket ?
Marc Deslauriers she’s haggard AF
They’re alot bigger in Europe, most of their shows here were sold out
Not for nada but they aren’t allowing any local support. Even big names need local support acts opening.. esp hip hop acts like onyx. Show love to the local scenes/local artists!!!! Then you’d have more tix sold!
Kenny Mercer Nobody wants local support with a ton of bands already on the tour.
Steven Lawn so put less bands on the tour to allow rm for locals. Or cancel the whole tour lmao whatever works 🤷♂️
Kenny Mercer billy and evans egos alone could fill a carnival cruise ship. They probably shit on the local acts in the past and can’t get proper support
Kerry Schmitt Sr. There’s always hungry locals willing to promote locally and even push tickets. I hear you, and maybe they have.. but my company inquired about this and they aren’t letting any locals on. Probly bc they have too much tour support acts.. maybe they bought on and that was needed.. who knows. But its never a good idea to restrict local support, its a formula that has worked well for decades when u do it right.
After the demo maaaaybe the first album they got super commercial sounding. I haven’t checked but ticket prices are probably outrageous as well.
They ripped at Furnace Fest!
Devin Gannon
Andrew Chemidlin as of now the starland show still shows as going on but I can’t go to that anyway.
Devin Gannon only way I’m going is if I win tickets.
I went to the 1st show of the tour. It wasn’t sold out but definitely a good size crowd. 🤷🏻♂️
damn – that’s a shame. new tracks sound amazing – freakin’ legends man
Just like Kerry King I very much think they overestimated their value.
That sucks. I saw them a couple of years ago opening for Megadeth and they were amazing.
Charging too much.
They canceled Utah I’m bummed
I was out after rockstar pornstar fuck Evan.
Biohazard were always pretty lame anyways
Frédéric Desrosiers tu es chanceux, ton show aura lieu 🙂
come to MIAMI
Need to play small venues.. the average fan is now in their 50’s now and just not going to ad many shows like they once did
All about the money
They stayed away too long.
The new album is sounding awesome, can’t wait to get the rest of it
I saw them open for Sepultura and Pantera back in the day. I’m good.
Dave Pigecella I think they just played here
Larry Rasener I have no idea lol
Dave Pigecella that was a great show!!
Dave Pigecella I saw that tour in Dayton Ohio,me and some friends drove up from Kentucky and on our ticket we were supposed to see Prong but when we got up there Biohazard was on the marquee instead
James Oldham personally, I’d take Prong over Biohazard any day.
Biohazard was awesome back in the day (earlier 90’s), I am sure they still put on a pretty good show
Andrew Bagby I just seen them at Rockville this past year. Their energy is just as strong as before.
John Keough, I haven’t seen them since the Slammie Awards at the Edge, I’m sure they were good, most older bands still put on great live shows but I’m not a fan of most older bands newer material, it’s just never as good as the old classic stuff
Andrew Bagby that’s true. The new stuff they are releasing is pretty damn good still.
Maybe they should play at some different places . Not just the same big cities that every band plays.
They are rubbish.
Was so stoked to see them in Denver, still have my shirt from when they played with Slayer in Chicago!
Saw em on the first show of this tour and they fuckin’ RIPPED. Super nice guys too.
SUCK A DICK.
I am a fan. I got a few cds. I even got Attika the side project. I know Rob Halford was a huge fan. That was 30 plus years ago. Evan wanted to be Hollywood and do porn. Today, really what do they have to offer?
I was busy watching Baywatch. Never got the taste for them.
I’m out 200$ for hotel bc yall canceled 24 hours before the concert! And this was going to be my son’s first concert. He wanted to go for his 16th birthday! You guys suck
I’d buy tickets if they came to Hampton Beach
Picked too large of venues.
I blame generic chug core and karate core kids who prefer weak hardcore bands like knocked loose and turnstile.
Man it’s a shame they’re a great band They just never reach that top tier level back in the day and even bands that did used to sell out Arenas or having a hard time playing clubs now it sucks for them man because they are damn well worth the ticket price especially seeing him in a smaller venue would be Brad
Yeah it’s the promoters faults😂😂
They waited to long for their come back.
Bro tickets sale at last minute
At least they did good on Indianapolis. Tales from the hard side!
Oh well.
They were great but..when I think NYHC they are at the tail end of it in my opinion. A lot of band are going out on the road but they should really try to write new music and see if it sticks.
Probably cause the ticket prices are outrageous! But that’s all shows these days.
Cuz everybody is Soft
Bayway NJ has the Recipe!!!
That sucks
TEMU NYHC
I saw Biohazard open for ICP Indianapolis 1999. It was a good show. The new music that they had just put out wasn’t really doing it for me though.
Totally bummed KS cancelled
Wy not Brazil full house all night
Ran its course . No more crumbs in the guido metal wrapper on the floor 😉
Was never a fan but had decent live show when I saw them open for other bands
Well I saw them at Hellfest in France last year and they brought it. Literally turned the War Zone stage into an actual war zone.
Derek Fernandes absolutely, it was awesome, moshpit on 🔥🤸🏼♀️💪!!
Stéphane Coïc you were there 😳
Derek Fernandes yes of course!! As usual… I’m French, from Bordeaux – south west coast😉 🇫🇷🤘🇺🇸
Stéphane Coïc See you next year I guess. I travel all the way from Kuwait for Hellfest with my buddies
Derek Fernandes You’re Welcome 🤘😉
Stéphane Coïc merci mon ami!
This story has haterism all over it. Biohazard has been killing it
It’s too bad for them and the fans, but is this really a surprise?
Plus the money grab for meet and greets WTF
I mean …. I saw them in the mid 90’s and they couldn’t sell out a 300 capacity club then !
Josh Martins Bullshit
Josh Martins saw them at the Worcester Palladium in 99. Solid 1500 people there. Saw them on a small tour with Clutch in 2003. It was a 300 person club, packed to the brim and insane show. They’re incredible live, and people are missing out.
Josh Martins Yeah, but they Fuckin Kill it!!
Washed up band, better go fishing you’re irrelevant.
EU are sold out.
SouthAmerica and Asia too.
Amrica 👎👎👎
Biohazard Billy Biohazard ☣️ see you in Brooklyn!! Home show can not be canceled! 🙏🏼🫡
Noooooo horrible news. They are awesome live
So strange! I saw them last year on Copenhell and they still rip! New york hardcore is still going strong but where are the fans?
This band has always been style over substance
DFL!!
Need this line up in France please, I promise sold out shows 🇫🇷🤘🇺🇸!!
Seen them last time in Oz at Soundwave and a pre show at the Metro. They killed it, but f all people showed up for them and everyone was there for Hatebreed insted. Got so much love for these dudes ❤️ They will and always will be one of my favourite bands of all time.
I remember seeing them in my teens, they had rough ass pits
They SUCK!!
New album sounds killer so far, every track. I’m forever a 90’s motherfucker and Biohazards in my blood. Fuck the haters.
I got more tats then u bro I’m better than u
Biohazard was never a top tier band. (no offense) Huge metal fan here, and I never really got into the band. I wish them all the best, but even back in the day they were more of a solid opener for bands like Slayer, Megadeth and the such. I would have done a great solid one off show in Brooklyn NY…then hit festivals. Then grab an opening slot on a major tour. Sometimes you have to know your lane. Especially in 2025. I wish them the best, they def need to retool this tour and re asses!
😂😂😂
No one is interested in seeing a porn stars ex husbands band
Maybe they should rename their band to something more safe.
Sale, just like a lot of other bands..
Tattoos of major industry…
When did Evan turn into the Washington Redskins logo?
I was really wanting to see them
I liked their collaborations with Onix in the 90s in the “Judgement Night” soundtrack other than that? I see them if i get free tickets. Sorry
Biohazard is the buttrock band of hardcore.
I saw them open for the Exploited, and Type O Negative way too long ago. They were good but I lost interest in them not long after. A lot of people liked them though. I guess everyone is just getting older….
Saw them late last year and saw them in mid 90s…. still awesome, however…reunion bands should not expect a Slayer comparison
Yea they canceled new mexico on the 10th. Pissed.
Saw them three times on their recent UK tour and they were great.
🙁

Love them whatever
