Bleed Teams Up with Static Dress’ Olli Appleyard for New Track “Enjoy Your Stay”

Shoegaze-inspired alternative metal outfit Bleed has unleashed the second single from their upcoming self-titled debut album, set for release on May 02nd. The new track, “Enjoy Your Stay”, features a guest appearance from Olli Appleyard of British post-hardcore band Static Dress.

The band shared their thoughts on the song and their collaboration with Appleyard:

“‘Enjoy Your Stay’ is, in our opinion, a prime example of us pushing our own boundaries as a band. We want to keep the aggression without opting for a slower pace or simple riffs. At its core, it’s a hard rock track, but it’s uniquely ours. It also highlights how diverse each song on the album is. That wasn’t necessarily our intention from the start, but that’s how it turned out. It’s a reflection of where we began and where we are now.”

The collaboration with Olli Appleyard came about naturally, with the band explaining:

“We’ve had a lot of mutual respect for each other because we both approach our art in our own way, without following a rulebook. Everything Static Dress creates, from the music to the visuals, is intentional and evokes specific emotions — that’s how we operate too.”

“Bleed” will be released on May 02nd through 20 Buck Spin. The band will hit the road in support of the album next month as part of their tour with One Step Closer and others. Dates below:
