Danish deathcore outfit Cabal have released their new single, “Hurt Me,” featuring a guest appearance from Justine Jones of Employed To Serve.
The collaboration has also arrived with an accompanying music video, while Cabal explained the inspiration behind the track and what Jones brings to the song.
“‘Hurt Me’ is about seeking out toxic relationships and destructive situations just to feel something, even when you know they’re hurting you. The song dives into that vicious cycle of craving pain when feeling nothing seems worse. It features our friend Justine Jones from Employed To Serve, who adds another layer of visceral desperation to the track with her piercing shrieks.”
“Hurt Me” arrives ahead of Cabal and Employed To Serve’s upcoming European and UK co-headlining tour. Cold Culture will open the trek.
