The Cavalera brothers, Max and Iggor, will hit the road once again in early 2025 to honor their Sepultura legacy. Recent years have seen the duo re-record Morbid Visions, Bestial Devastation, and Schizophrenia under their Cavalera banner, dubbing this trio of revitalized albums their ‘Third World Trilogy’.
For this run, the brothers will be joined by Max‘s son, Igor Amadeus Cavalera, on bass and Travis Stone on guitar. Support will come from death metal bruisers Necrot and crossover thrashers Dead Heat on most dates.
Pre-sales kick off tomorrow, December 17th, at 10:00am local time (password: ‘RESTINPAIN’), with general onsale launching this Friday, December 20th, at 10:00am local time.
Max Cavalera hyped up the tour, stating:
“We are really excited to bring the ‘Third World Trilogy’, featuring Schizophrenia, to the U.S.! If you want to hear fast riffs, pummeling drums, thunderous bass, and schizophrenic leads, jump in our pit!!”
Iggor Cavalera added:
“I’m super excited about this upcoming U.S. tour. It’s one of those rare chances to see our first releases in their purest form performed live. I hope to see you all in the pit!!! Don’t sleep on these dates. You have been warned.”
