CHAINED SAINT Drop New Single “1000 Tons,” Produced by William Duvall of Alice In Chains

Teenage metal outfit CHAINED SAINT have returned with their first new music since the release of their 2024 debut album Blindside. Their new single “1000 Tons” is out now and once again sees production from WILLIAM DUVALL (ALICE IN CHAINS), who also produced Blindside.

CHAINED SAINT shared the following about the track:

“We are stoked to put out this new single to follow up our debut album ‘Blindside’. We have been trying different things, and we’re curious and excited to see what our fans think. This has been our most collaborative song so far as a band. Each member put their own individual stamp on all aspects from the music to lyrics and we’re going to love playing ‘1000 Tons’ live. Keeping in line with our previous recording process, this song was recorded to tape, but this time at Power Station Studios in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Lyrically, it’s about the weight of the pressure we all feel in life at times, whether it comes from certain people or life situations in general. But it’s also about getting knocked down and getting back up and pushing forward with the attitude that nothing will prevent us from moving past that pressure.”

The band will be out on the road this summer and fall, including a pair of high-profile festival appearances at Rocklahoma and Louder Than Life, as well as a performance on the Warped Tour revival this November.
