A recent encounter between Moreno and a group of so-called fans was caught on video, showing the singer surrounded on the street by people holding stacks of Deftones vinyl and memorabilia. While he initially signed a few items, his patience quickly wore thin. Before walking off, Moreno told the crowd:

“Go ahead and tell your friends I’m not doing this shit no more. You guys go online in your little groups and shit, tell people I’m not signing shit no more. I signed these right now, but let them know I’m not signing anything.”

The clip sparked mixed reactions online. Some viewed Moreno’s response as harsh, while others pointed out the obvious—that many of these individuals were likely resellers, not genuine fans. The items—some priced as high as $440 USD—were linked to memorabilia vendor Coast To Coast Collectibles, who appear to have acquired a fresh batch of signed albums from Moreno.

Although none of the listings include proof directly tying them to the viral street encounter, several feature Moreno wearing clothing similar to what he’s been spotted in on their current U.S. arena tour.
