Converge have been road-testing material from their long-awaited new album during their spring tour, with two brand-new songs recently surfacing in their setlist. One of those tracks, “Doom In Bloom”, was captured on fan-filmed footage during the band’s May 11th stop at Bottom Lounge in Chicago, IL—marking only the second time the song has been performed live.
The influential metalcore veterans entered the studio earlier this year to begin work on the follow-up to The Dusk In Us, reportedly armed with 27 song ideas. While a release date has yet to be confirmed, the band is expected to appear at additional live dates throughout 2025.
