Converge are back on the road—and bringing new material with them. The legendary metalcore outfit recently kicked off their latest run of live shows, using the opportunity to debut two unreleased tracks: “W.W.N.T.S.” and “Doom In Bloom.”
While the new songs haven’t been officially released, fan-filmed footage has surfaced from the band’s recent stop in Detroit, MI, giving eager listeners a taste of what’s to come.
Last month, the band confirmed they had written 27 new songs and had already entered the studio earlier this year. According to drummer Ben Koller, he’s tracked drums for at least 17 of those tracks. It’s unclear which will make the final cut, but it’s clear a new full-length is in the works.
