Covet have debuted their Tom Flynn-directed video below for their song “coronal“. The song is from the band’s latest album catharsis.
Yvette Young, the band’s guitarist/vocalist, offered the following regarding the video:
“‘coronal‘ was the clear choice of an album opener. It’s sonically so different from a lot of what we’ve previously released and I wanted to start this sonic ‘journey’ impactfully. It’s the only song with clear cut vocals and the lyrics with escapism from a crumbling world. I was hoping the final line, ‘I enter the void again,” would read like an open invitation to dive into the instrumental fantasy world that follows the first track.”
