CROSSFAITH Dismiss Guitarist Following Allegations of Inappropriate Conduct

Crossfaith have officially parted ways with their guitarist Daiki Koide following recent allegations of inappropriate communication with a minor.

Earlier this week, Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke took to social media to call out the Japanese metalcore act, as well as organizers of Graspop Metal Meeting, referencing the situation surrounding Daiki—who is also a member of Knosis. The allegations centered on messages reportedly sent to an underage fan, prompting widespread concern and backlash.

Shortly after Radke’s public remarks, Crossfaith canceled their upcoming European shows and issued a preliminary statement. Now, the band has followed up with a more definitive announcement:

“It is with great regret that we must inform you on the following matter. It was recently confirmed that our guitarist, Daiki, engaged in inappropriate communication with an underage fan. Recognizing the gravity of the misconduct, we have decided to dismiss him from the band effective immediately.”

This marks a significant and somber turning point for the group, who had recently begun returning to international touring after a hiatus. No additional comments have been made regarding the future of their lineup.
