Crown The Empire are back with their first new music since 2023, unveiling the new single “Raw” alongside an official music video directed by B.K. Barone.
The track marks the band’s first release since confirming the departure of bassist/vocalist Hayden Tree in December, leaving the Texas outfit to continue as a duo.
Speaking about the song, the band described it as the beginning of a new era for Crown The Empire.
“‘raw’ is the first step into the final form of Crown The Empire, taking everything we’ve learned from the emo alt rock space, and reinventing ourselves yet again in what’s our most ambitious project to date. We loved making this song and we hope y’all enjoy it too.”
“Raw” also serves as the band’s first glimpse of new material since the release of 2023’s DOGMA, suggesting more music could be on the horizon.
In addition to the single, Crown The Empire have launched a new merchandise collection inspired by “Raw,” available now through the band’s official website.
