Distant have released their new single, “Acolytes of Damnation,” featuring guest vocals from Alex Erian of Despised Icon. The track is part of a reimagined companion effort to the band’s early EP Tsukuyomi, with each song revamped to reflect the band’s current sound and direction.

Distant‘s reimagined release, Tsukuyomi: The Origin, will drop on November 22nd via Century Media Records. Alongside the release, the band has premiered a new music video for their single “Acolytes of Damnation” directed by Pavel Trebukhin (Amon Amarth, Imminence). The video compliments the track’s intense sound and showcases Distant’s growth while celebrating their roots.
