DISTURBED’s San Francisco Show Canceled Due to NBA Playoffs Conflict

Disturbed have been forced to cancel their upcoming May 10th performance at Chase Center in San Francisco, CA, due to a scheduling conflict with the Golden State Warriors’ playoff run. The show, part of their ongoing tour celebrating the 25th anniversary of their multi-platinum debut The Sickness, was also set to feature support from Daughtry and Nothing More.

The band issued a statement regarding the cancelation:

“Due to an unforeseen schedule conflict with the Golden State Warriors and the NBA playoffs, the Disturbed show scheduled for May 10 at Chase Center in San Francisco has been cancelled. If you purchased through Ticketmaster, refunds will be issued automatically. If you purchased from a third-party reseller (StubHub, SeatGeek, VividSeats, etc.), please reach out to your point of purchase.”

The cancelation marks the second unexpected crossover between Disturbed and the NBA this spring. Back in March, the group made headlines after reports claimed their pyro damaged six Chicago Bulls championship banners during their March 8th show at the United Center in Chicago, IL. Although the banners have since been removed for repairs, Disturbed have denied any responsibility for the alleged damage.

No word yet on a potential rescheduled date for the Bay Area.
