EVANESCENCE Debut “Afterlife” Video

EVANESCENCE have dropped the official music video for their latest single “AFTERLIFE,” a track that debuted in late March as part of a special collaboration with Netflix’s upcoming animated adaptation of the iconic ‘DEVIL MAY CRY’ video game franchise.

Directed by JASON LESTER (Laufey, Hozier), the video blends cinematic visuals with the band’s signature alt-metal atmosphere—delivering a dark, stylish complement to the track’s emotionally charged sound.

EVANESCENCE, who remain one of the most commercially successful acts to emerge from the nü-metal and alternative metal scenes—with multiple platinum and diamond certifications—have also confirmed that work is underway on the long-awaited follow-up to their 2021 album The Bitter Truth.
