    Ronnie Radke Claims Falling In Reverse “Out Stream And Sell” Sleep Token & Ghost, Calls “God Is A Weapon” 2025’s “Biggest Metal/Rock Release Numbers Wise”

    Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke has been stirring controversy again, making bold claims and sharing sharp comments on social media over the past several days.

    On Saturday, July 26th, Radke took to X (formerly Twitter) to declare his May 2025 collaboration with shock rocker Marilyn Manson, “God Is A Weapon”, as the, “biggest metal/rock release 2025 numbers wise.” Addressing critics of the track’s success, he added pointedly, “I hope it fucking hurts you.”

    Radke’s post referenced YouTube streams, where the “God Is A Weapon” video has amassed over 18 million views this year alone. For comparison, Sleep Token’s highest-viewed 2025 track, the audio stream of “Emergence,” has reached 11 million views on YouTube, while Ghost’s 2025 music video “Satanized” sits at just under 10 million views.

    Radke also responded to a recent Live Nation report highlighting a surge in metal and rock concert attendance, noting metal now accounts for 13% of arena and stadium shows. The report credits bands like Bring Me The Horizon, Bad Omens, Pierce The Veil, Sleep Token, Ghost, Turnstile, and Falling In Reverse for driving this growth, alongside established stadium acts like Metallica and System Of A Down.

    On July 29th, when a user on X wrote:

    “DONT PUT F**** ** ******* AND SLEEP TOKEN (+ghost) IN THE SAME SENTENCE EVER AGAIN????”** referring to that report, Radke fired back: “Yea because I out stream and sell both of them so put me in the first category you fucking loser.”

    Looking at Spotify data, Falling In Reverse and Sleep Token both boast strong streaming numbers, with several tracks surpassing 100 million streams each. Overall, Falling In Reverse appears to hold a numerical edge. The same holds true when comparing Ghost, though their numbers are closer.

    As of this writing, Falling In Reverse’s 2019 triple-platinum single “Popular Monster” has surpassed 463 million streams, marking it as the band’s biggest hit by streaming numbers. Sleep Token’s top song, 2023’s “The Summoning,” has over 241 million streams. Ghost’s 2019 platinum single “Mary On A Cross” remains the most streamed among the three, with over 791 million plays to date.

    Beyond the streaming and sales discussions, Radke has recently drawn criticism for making veiled allegations against a Florida-based post-hardcore band and for using a transphobic slur. His previous remarks on transgender issues have led to bans from social media platforms. Radke has publicly denied being transphobic or homophobic.

          Cole Ward this dude was in a VERY popular band since before even going to prison. This man came out with eyes and ears ready for him. He didn’t fight for anything any more than any other band. There are countless musicians and bands out there that are far more talented than Ronnie and write significantly better music that will probably never get the recognition that him and FIR get. The difference is that these other guys are humble, they do their thing because they love what they do and they love music to the point that it’s enough for them. And some people desperately crave validation and constantly need to make sure everyone knows it. Only thing you ever see from this guy is him running his mouth and gassing up numbers. Bruh I don’t care about the numbers, I care about the music.
          If your answer to why do you think these guys are so good is “numbers” than you’re literally just a sheep. I can literally explain musically why I like the bands I like.

          Jordan Arkell they are showing the jumbotron screens in large stadiums, a distance away from the stage. There is a delay with the screens and what you are actually hearing. Go watch a concert with your eyeballs and ears and you will understand.

          Jackson Murphy there is no wrong or right where music is concerned, because liking something is subjective to the individual.         Dani Knight You so delusional. The other band you named exist because they go to Rock events and made their biggest paycheck of the year because of that. I got nothing against Sleep Token for exemple but his music is average rock with attempts to make some off beat melodic and this and that but at the end it’s all the time the same things and it’s average except some good songs here and there. The numbers ain’t lie. You can hate Ronnie Radke all you want but you can’t take what he achieve away from him. The bands you name are big in Rock Events when Ronnie is big everywhere. And you hate Ronnie, no problem but not one of the band you names can do what FIR do and we all know that. Ronnie can rap, scream, rock, do melody, his videos are amazing, his mix are tier 1, everything he did since Popular Monster album is what all the band you name dream about 🤣 Look Sleep Token, he make God is a weapon type of song for so long and that always feel unfinished and forced, not natural. And the rest is band who only scream in the mic and sell zero album for the last 15 years and live only because of their past glory like Slipknot and many more. People can trash talk Ronnie all they want but you don’t buy any of your better artist records, you only go to events and sing their 20 years old songs… Without Events, all your favorites bands can’t live of their music… At one point, you got trash talk and hate, on the other side you got reality. Ronnie is still on top because he find the perfect style. When you listen FIR song, it can be rock, rap, metal, melody, it can be anything at his best, that’s the big difference 😉

Marilyn Manson has twice as much sales and media attention than NIN and this is outside of doing OSTs of tv shows and movies and NIN also got the title to leading the Industrial Revolution. It’s not even true but people believe it.

          This is a sign of quality over quantity. If a band still can kick up these numbers, that means they are more relevant. Also Marilyn Manson being brought up is perfectly valid as well as the NIN comparison because well, Marilyn Manson helped write the damn song.

      Falling in reverse has one good song so far but it’s not at the top of the rock billboards 21 weeks straight and it’s not even on my playlist. Don’t give me wrong it was. Was that fucking good. But I’m not gonna say that that one song is better than all of even in Arcadia not even close.
