New Jersey deathcore heavyweights Fit For An Autopsy have dropped their first new music of 2025 with the crushing single “It Comes For You.” The track arrives alongside a cinematic video directed by Eric Richter (Knocked Loose, Lorna Shore) and was produced by the band’s own GRAMMY-winning guitarist Will Putney.
Ahead of the release, the band teased the song through a mysterious website (itcomesforyour.com). On social media, they described the track as: “Forever intolerant of authoritarian rule.”
Putney expanded on the message behind the single, stating:
“An aggressive offering from our camp felt like an appropriate response to the current climate of class disparity and political overreach. Sometimes I feel like we’re beating a dead horse over here but it’s important to consistently remind the listener to remain intolerant of such authoritarian rule. Believe it or not, but one day, it comes for you.”
