Boston-based metalcore unit Great American Ghost have just released a heavy new take on the Deftones classic “Hole In The Earth”, accompanied by an official music video.
The track originally appeared as the lead single from Deftones’ 2006 album Saturday Night Wrist and now finds a new voice through the aggressive lens of Great American Ghost, blending metalcore grit with atmospheric reverence.
The cover was engineered by GRAMMY-winning producer Will Putney (Body Count, Fit For An Autopsy) and Steve Seid, while the video was directed by Chris Klumpp (LIMBS) and filmed at Ghost Hit Recording in West Springfield, MA.
