Hardcore collective Gridiron has officially signed with Blue Grape Music, uniting talent from bands like Never Ending Game, Simulakra, Scarab, and more. Alongside today’s (November 21st) signing announcement, the band unveiled a music video for their track “Talk Real”, directed by Dan Centrone.
Vocalist Mathew Karll shared his perspective on the song:
“For me, this song is about being ready when your number is called. Standing by your brothers and having a ‘we, not me’ mentality. Lyrically, it’s about rising to the occasion and playing for the name on the front of the jersey not the name on the back.”
