Iron Maiden Reschedule Los Angeles Show Due To USC vs. Oregon College Football Game Conflict

Iron Maiden have announced a scheduling change affecting one of their upcoming Los Angeles tour stops this fall. The band’s previously planned September 26th performance at BMO Stadium has now been moved to September 27th due to a major nearby college football event.

According to a statement issued March 04th, venue restrictions at Exposition Park prevent multiple large-scale events from taking place simultaneously. The conflict stems from a scheduled matchup between the USC Trojans and Oregon Ducks at the neighboring Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, which holds a capacity of roughly 100,000 attendees.

Promoter Live Nation confirmed the adjustment was unavoidable and outside both the band’s and organizers’ control, stating:

“Due to restrictions on simultaneous events at Exposition Park, we have been forced to move the Iron Maiden show scheduled for Saturday, September 26 at BMO Stadium to Sunday, September 27… This is an unprecedented circumstance and is unfortunately entirely outside of either our or the band’s control.”

Fans who purchased tickets for the original September 26th date will not need to take further action, as all tickets will automatically be honored for the rescheduled performance. Ticket holders have also received direct email communication with additional details regarding the change.

The group’s September 25th Los Angeles performance at BMO Stadium remains unaffected.

The rescheduled show is part of Iron Maiden’s extensive North American run alongside Megadeth, with select dates also featuring Anthrax.
