New Zealand nü-metal outfit Kaosis have unleashed another new single, “That Will Remain,” accompanied by a visually striking AI-assisted music video. The track is the latest to be shared from the band’s forthcoming, as-yet-untitled new album.
Vocalist Xen offered insight into the song’s themes, stating:
“The song is a testament to human survival in the face of rapid tech evolution. ‘That Will Remain‘ ominously foreshadows a dystopian future where technology is wielded as a powerful tool against the very citizens it was meant to serve, leaving the stability of our nations hanging in the balance.”
Regarding the band’s consistent use of AI, Xen stated:
“AI has allowed us to create video that is much closer to our vision for the band than ever before. Like it or loathe it, AI is here to stay – just remember to respect its power.”
