Kittie Team Up With Code Orange’s NOWHERE2RUN For ‘Spit XXV’ Remix

Kittie are set to unveil a new collaborative remix later this week, teaming up with members of Code Orange for a reimagined take on “Spit XXV.”

The gold-certified alternative metal outfit announced that NOWHERE2RUN—the production collective led by Code Orange vocalist/guitarist/drummer Jami Morgan alongside guitarist/keyboardist Eric “Shade” Balderose—has handled remix duties on the track. The finished version is scheduled to arrive this Friday, January 30th.

“Spit XXV” originally appeared on Kittie’s 2024 EP of the same name, which saw the band re-enter the studio to revisit material from their 1999 breakout album ‘Spit’. Those sessions were overseen by longtime producer GGGarth Richardson (Rage Against The Machine, Mudvayne), giving the classic material a modernized edge while preserving its original aggression.
