KNOSIS Fire Guitarist Daiki Koide Following Allegations of Inappropriate Conduct with a Minor

The fallout continues for Daiki Koide, who has now been officially removed from both of his bands—Crossfaith and Knosis—following allegations that he engaged in inappropriate online conversations with an underage fan.

The controversy first surfaced publicly after Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke shared that he had quietly removed Crossfaith from his band’s European tour dates, citing a disturbing message exchange between Koide and a 14-year-old fan. Radke claimed he initially addressed the issue privately with members of Crossfaith but felt the response was inadequate. As a result, he alerted several European festivals and then took the matter public, calling out Koide, Crossfaith, and at least one event for not acting sooner.

The consequences were swift. Crossfaith canceled the remainder of their European shows within 24 hours and later confirmed that Koide had been terminated from the band. In a statement issued June 28th, they wrote:

“In light of the current situation and the speculation circulating online, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the remaining four shows of our European tour… As for the future of Crossfaith, we are currently in discussions internally. This is a serious matter that requires careful thought.”

The impacted dates included performances at:

• 06/26 – Vainstream Festival Opening Night
• 06/27 – TBA
• 06/28 – Resurrection Fest EG
• 06/29 – Evil Live

Shortly after that announcement, Knosis also released a brief statement, confirming Koide’s dismissal:

“To our fans,
Daiki will no longer perform as a guitarist of Knosis.”

As of now, Koide has not issued a public response to the allegations. His social media presence, including his Instagram account, appears to have been taken offline.
