LINKIN PARK Announce Collaboration Show With Mexican Wrestling Company CMLL

Linkin Park are making their first official dive into the world of lucha libre this weekend with a collaboration show alongside Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL).

The event, called ‘Noche From Zero’, takes place Friday, November 14th at the iconic Arena México in Mexico City. It coincides closely with the one-year anniversary of the band’s comeback album, From Zero.

The main card features a unique matchup: Atlantis Jr. and Neón will team up as Team Linkin, while Volador Jr. and Hechicero represent Team Park. Fans attending the event can also pick up exclusive merchandise, including artwork depicting Linkin Park members wearing traditional luchador masks.

The band is scheduled to perform in Mexico City on November 16th, so it’s possible they’ll appear at the CMLL show in some capacity — whether it’s a live performance, ringside appearance, or another form of involvement.

This marks a notable expansion for Linkin Park in the wrestling world. While nu metal has long been linked with professional wrestling — with acts like Limp Bizkit, Disturbed, and Saliva contributing entrance music for WWE events — Linkin Park’s involvement has been minimal. Previously, WWE only used “Up From The Bottom” in a SummerSlam highlight package, and Fort Minor’s “Remember the Name” appeared in a WrestleMania 32 video.

CMLL is no stranger to pop culture crossovers. In September, the promotion hosted a collaboration with Pokémon Legends: Z-A, where wrestlers including Místico, Hechicero, Kira, and Soberano Jr. donned Pokémon-themed ring gear for their matches.

Tickets for ‘Noche From Zero’ are available via Ticketmaster Mexico or at the Arena México box office. The event promises a mix of top-level lucha libre and exclusive fan experiences, including merchandise and themed matchups celebrating the band’s music.
