Linkin Park treated fans to the live debut of an unreleased song this past Friday, November 8th, during their set at Globe Life Field in Arlington, TX. The band premiered the track “Casualty” for the crowd, marking a new chapter in their sound.
The official release of “Casualty” is set for this Friday, November 15th, as part of the diamond-certified nü-metal/alternative rock band’s upcoming eighth album, From Zero. This record will be Linkin Park‘s first since the tragic passing of vocalist Chester Bennington in 2017. It’s also the introduction of their new lineup, with Emily Armstrong of Dead Sara taking over on vocals and Colin Brittain stepping in on drums, ushering in a new era for the iconic band.
