Maryland Deathfest has announced another wave of bands for its 2027 edition, with several major names joining the already stacked lineup for next year’s gathering in Baltimore, MD.
Leading the latest additions are death metal veterans Autopsy, who will celebrate their 40th anniversary with a special set, reunited death ‘n’ roll outfit Black Breath, and grindcore favorites Insect Warfare, who will perform “World Extermination” in celebration of the album’s 20th anniversary.

Organizers have also confirmed that additional lineup announcements are still to come ahead of the festival.
Maryland Deathfest 2027 is scheduled for May 27-30 in Baltimore, Maryland.
