    Ex-Falling In Reverse Guitarist Max Georgiev Responds After Ronnie Radke Claims He Fired Him Over Misconduct With a Minor

    Controversy continues to follow Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke into 2026. The alternative metal vocalist started the year by reigniting his long-running social media feud with Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee and Lee’s wife Brittany Furlan.

    Radke claims that Furlan was catfished in 2025 by someone pretending to be him, which allegedly led her to show up at his home while her marriage to Lee was reportedly on shaky ground. Although tensions appeared to cool over the past year, Furlan’s recent social media posts hinting that Radke may have orchestrated the catfishing prompted him to dispute the allegations once again.

    In addition to sharing what he says is supporting evidence on social media, Radke attempted to file a temporary restraining order against Furlan on Monday, January 5th. A judge is scheduled to review the case on January 23rd.

    Falling In Reverse Drama Extends to Max Georgiev

    Radke also addressed the departure of former Falling In Reverse guitarist Max Georgiev, claiming that he fired him in 2024 following allegations of concerning behavior. In an Instagram story, Radke outlined the reasoning behind his decision.

    Georgiev responded publicly the following day, January 6th, posting the following statement on Instagram:

    “To the fans,

    I have never done anything illegal with a minor. Fifteen years ago, when I was 23, I still lived in Quebec, Canada.

    Since then, I have played for several bands who never mentioned inappropriate behavior on my part.

    I have always had great respect for the fans. I have strived to play my heart out for you.”

    Radke’s Instagram account was reportedly disabled earlier this week amid the controversy. In response, he livestreamed to address the situation, suggesting that his posts about Georgiev’s firing may have triggered Instagram’s action. He said:

    “Maybe me talking about my old guitar player getting fired for finding out he was hooking up with minors… I think that AI might’ve caught that and was like, ‘You gotta go.’”

    During the stream, Radke disputed Georgiev’s account of his age at the time of the alleged incident. He claimed he was informed of the allegations by an ex-girlfriend of Georgiev and acted by terminating Georgiev roughly two days before a tour. Radke stated:

    “This man not only did that, [but] the parents of the minor — 10 years before he was in my band — found out, they confronted him, he lied about his age so he could continue doing that with her. He wasn’t 23, he was older. He’s lying about that.”

    For context, the age of consent in Quebec is currently 16 years. Georgiev has since been pursuing a solo career, releasing several tracks under his own name.

The man literally saved MY life, then turned around and THANKED ME to my face like I helped him or something.. For that however you need to look at your representatives and their constituency. It’s a bit telling here in America that we can continuously raise the federal legal age to smoke, drink, purchase firearms or drive, but we’ve left the age of consent at 16 in the majority of the states and done so without apropriate laws to ensure close in age exceptions that protect teens from full grown adults.

          We only just barely managed to catch Jared from Subway on a federal technicality of crossing state lines to engage in sexual activity with a minor. Because in New York the sex worker he hired was NOT considered a minor.
