Misery Index Return To Season Of Mist, Confirm Work On Eighth Studio Album

Veteran deathgrind outfit Misery Index have officially re-signed with Season Of Mist, marking a return to the label ahead of their upcoming eighth studio album. More details on the record are expected to surface soon, but the band have confirmed they are actively working on new material following their 2022 release Complete Control via Century Media.

Vocalist/bassist Jason Netherton welcomed the reunion with the label, saying:

“We in Misery Index are mega-chuffed to be back in the cozy, dark embrace of the Season of Mist family! The delicious smell of a classic independent label is both welcoming and intoxicating. Like the minstrels of yore, we wandered into the wilderness for a few years until we found our way back to where we belong. Cheers to great days ahead together!”
