Blackened deathcore outfit Ov Sulfur have released a visualizer for “Evermore”, the second single from their upcoming sophomore album Endless, due January 16th via Century Media Records. Frontman Ricky Hoover, formerly of Suffokate, explained the concept behind the track:
“When we explored the theme of ‘Endless’—eternal suffering and how it manifests—we asked ourselves what living forever would truly mean. ‘Evermore’ captures that spiraling insanity, losing loved ones, watching the world degrade, and the inevitable madness. Musically, it mirrors that buildup.”
Guitarist and vocalist Chase Wilson added:
“The song jumps from a fast melodic riff to a heavy chorus and then into a slam-style breakdown. It’s chaotic, but it all works together, making ‘Evermore’ the perfect launch single for the album.”
Hoover also showcased more melodic singing on tracks like “Wither” and “Endless//Loveless”, experimenting with falsetto for the first time in-studio. The album features guest contributions from Josh Davies (Ingested), Johnny Ciardullo (AngelMaker/Carcosa), and Alan Grnja (Distant).

If I were Ricky I would change my haircut and style because of how much I resembled Tim Lambesis.
