The Los Angeles home once shared by Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne has officially been placed back on the market, with an asking price of $17 million.
Located in the historic Hancock Park neighborhood, the circa-1920s estate was originally purchased by the Osbourne family in 2015 for $11.85 million. The property was previously listed in 2022 — initially at $18 million before dropping to $17.5 million — but was ultimately pulled from sale at the time.
The sprawling estate sits on roughly half an acre and features a main residence measuring approximately 10,200 square feet alongside a separate guesthouse. Renovations carried out during the Osbournes’ ownership reportedly preserved much of the home’s early 20th-century architectural character while modernizing the interior.
One of the property’s more unique features is a fireplace inside the home theater adorned with celebrity signatures, a tradition dating back to former owner and radio personality Frank Bresee that the Osbournes chose to maintain.
The listing arrives less than a year after Ozzy Osbourne’s passing in July 2025, which came just weeks after his farewell ‘Back To The Beginning’ performance.
