Pantera appear to have something in the works for New Orleans, LA, with the groove metal legends teasing that “something heavy is coming” to the city.
The band shared a new teaser today, September 4, pointing toward an apparent upcoming announcement or event in New Orleans. While Pantera were formed in Arlington, TX, the city has an obvious connection to the group through vocalist Philip Anselmo, who is a New Orleans native.
At present, the band haven’t revealed exactly what they’re planning. The teaser simply promises that “something heavy is coming,” leaving the nature of the New Orleans event open for now.
More details are expected to be revealed by Pantera in the near future.
