PAPA ROACH Set to Drop New Single This Month Amid Ongoing Album Sessions

As Papa Roach continue celebrating the 25th anniversary of their breakthrough Infest album, the band is also steadily building momentum for their twelfth studio effort.

While there’s no rush to follow up 2022’s Ego Trip, the band dropped a new single, “Even If It Kills Me”, earlier this year and now confirms more is on the way. In a new interview with ‘Skratch N Sniff’, vocalist Jacoby Shaddix shared an update on their progress:

“We’ve got about five, six songs finished up. I’m headed to Nashville later today. I’m going to a NASCAR event and then headed to L.A. to go back in the studio and wrap up some more new tracks. And so [we’re] well into this new album.

We don’t have a release date yet. We just wanna get this one perfect before we drop it. But fans can expect new music throughout the year. Actually, after I go in the studio, I’ll jump back down to L.A. We’re shooting a music video for a brand new single we’re gonna drop in the middle of June, and so that’s coming up right around the corner. And that one’s a fucking banger, dude. I’m so excited about this next song.”

When asked about potential guest features on the new album, Shaddix added:

“Actually, yeah. I’ve got a couple guests already on this record, but I ain’t gonna tell you who it is ’cause we just wanna surprise you as the tracks drop.”

While details on album #12 remain under wraps, Papa Roach will stay busy on the road through the end of 2025. Alongside summer festival appearances in Europe, the band will headline two separate North American legs celebrating Infest—one with Rise Against and Underoath, and another with The Used and Sleep Theory.
