California deathcore outfit Rev3rent have landed a new label home, signing with Deep Love Recordings, the recently launched imprint created by Atlantic Records executive Cody Verdecias in partnership with Atlantic Records.
The band are among the first artists announced for the label alongside Texas nü-metalcore act Empty Shell Casing. Verdecias, who has worked on campaigns involving artists such as Turnstile and 100 gecs, has positioned Deep Love Recordings as a label focused on emerging artists and youth-driven culture.
Coinciding with the announcement, Rev3rent have premiered a new single and music video titled “Last One Here.” The track was produced by Drew Fulk, whose résumé includes work with Knocked Loose and Disturbed.
According to promotional materials accompanying the signing announcement, Rev3rent are being touted as the heaviest act to sign through Atlantic Records to date, with the label expressing confidence that the band will help shape the future direction of modern heavy music.
The signing arrives as Rev3rent continue their North American trek supporting Spite, Emmure and PSYCHO-FRAME.
