    Ronnie Radke Takes Aim at Spiritbox’s Courtney LaPlante Over Alleged Lyrical Jab

    This week’s episode of ‘Things Ronnie Radke Does Online‘ features the Falling In Reverse frontman calling out Courtney LaPlante of Spiritbox over the theme of a track from their recently released album.

    Spiritbox just dropped their new album, Tsunami Sea, and while the release has received widespread praise, some fans have taken to social media to suggest that the track “Soft Spine” is a direct jab at Radke. This claim likely stems from previous comments Radke made about the band when they dropped off ‘The Popular Monstour.’ While Spiritbox never publicly stated the reason for their withdrawal, many speculated it was related to allegations against Radke.

    A Twitter/X user posted the following tweet:

    Soft Spine is so good. Love when anyone takes the easiest of jabs at a loser and scrub like @RonnieRadke. And not only does that but makes a great song out of it!

    To which Radke responded:

    If soft spine is actually about me I’ll write a song about how she cheated on her husband with tillian

          Kasey Davidson i mean there is an interview where she talks about Soft Spine being about awful people in the music industry but at no point did she say it was about Ronnie. So the only real tie here is Ronnie assuming that her generally saying “awful people” specifically calls him out. Saying she brought this on herself when she never said it was about Ronnie is crazy mental gymnastics

          Kasey Davidson first off my dude I’m not talking shit, I didn’t say anything insulting or rude in my original comment. Maybe saying “insane mental gymnastics” came off that way but it was really just a way of saying “that’s a stretch”. Second, you initially said she “brought that shit to court” and now you’re saying all she had to do was deny it and she wouldn’t have been called out but Ronnie literally called her out simultaneously to him making an assumption so when did she have a chance to say it’s not about Ronnie? Also since you made the court reference, the burden of proof is on the accuser not the accused so Ronnie should bring receipts for his assumption soft spine is about him and his claim Courtney slept with Tilian. He acted like a 14 year old, made an assumption, and then acted on it. That’s crazy small dick energy. Beyond that, you only get yourself dirty when you try to wrestle a pig so she’s likely not bothering to respond at this point considering Ronnie, again, acts like a teenage boy and there’s no real sense to even respond once he’s decided he’s been targeted by someone. Lastly, think critically here (don’t hurt yourself though). Do you honestly think that Courtney cheated on her husband/band mate when they’ve been nonstop making music and touring together for the last 8 or so years?           Billy Pelowski he didn’t say it was he said “if it was…” which is a huge difference. Outside of that I don’t know that she did but I also don’t know that she didn’t…. I don’t know her at all. Which is why I said if it’s true that’s wild, and also that if it is RR couldn’t possibly be the piece of shit in this story. It seems really odd to me though that the specific thing that he would bring up would be her cheating and that he would name a specific person essentially dragging them into this as well. Which is what makes me think there may be some weight to the story. There might not be though, never know. My riffs are the weakest riffs you’ve ever heard

          LaPlante’s first experience with the death growl came from listening to Cannibal Corpse at the age of five, which developed into a marked interest in harsh vocals during her early adolescence while listening to nu metal. At the age of eighteen, LaPlante laid down her screamed vocals for the first time on a breakdown of a song written by her brother.[129] She said that it is necessary to push the boundaries of the metalcore genre by being inclusive and progressive, to stay relevant.[10]

          They’ve just headlined Alexandra Palace, they’ve literally just achieved a top 10 album in the UK. They’ve been nominated for two Grammies.

          He my point is that he looks for fights. Being in the music industry, he has to deal with the fact that people might not like him. He often comes off as someone who pretends to have thick skin, yet gets upset over things that either vaguely references him or has nothing to do with him at all.           Alex Galvez the absence of a response on her part cannot be used as definitive evidence. Fans can think what they want, and it may be completely wrong. Until such time as she says it’s about him, you can’t really say “oh yeah, this is 100% about Ronnie Radke”. Let’s just be honest, some fans take things to an unnecessary extent for every artist, often against the artist’s wishes. Besides, this is such a petty thing Ronnie does all the time. What good response would there be to this situation? Like, even if she were to deny it, he would likely claim that she’s not being truthful.

          Kira Moore They dropped off the tour with him, he talked shit. So yeah realistically he’s already started it.
          They’ve never stated anything publicly to him or anything about it.
          So they write the song which, despite having no direct target, people suspect it’s about him and he’s like “Yeah you know what, if it is about me, I’ma tell the world that you ‘alledgedly’ cheated on your husband with Tillian Pearson in a song.”
          That’s literally the definition of being self conscious and he’s a grown ass 41 year old. 😂
