Thrash metal titans Slayer have expanded their reunion-era live schedule with two newly announced U.S. dates celebrating the 40th anniversary of their landmark 1986 album ‘Reign In Blood’.
After returning to the stage in 2024 and performing eight comeback shows so far, the band will now add at least four more appearances by year’s end. These newly announced headlining dates are expected to feature full-album performances of the classic record.
The first celebration takes place September 04 at Mystic Lake Amphitheater in Shakopee, Minnesota. Support will come from Down, Suicidal Tendencies, and Hatebreed.
The second show lands November 13 at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. Opening that night will be Cannibal Corpse, Cavalera performing Sepultura’s ‘Chaos A.D.’, and sludge heavyweights Crowbar.
