Slipknot have officially revealed the details of their massive 2027 stadium tour, dubbed the (sic)est Stadium Tour, which will take the masked metal icons across the UK, North America and South America next summer.
The long-teased trek was officially announced on September 28 and will feature an extensive lineup of special guests throughout the run, including Bring Me The Horizon, Marilyn Manson, Lamb Of God, Hatebreed, Motionless In White, Lorna Shore, Loathe, Acid Bath, Polyphia, Kublai Khan TX and Vended.
The tour will launch on July 3 at Wembley Stadium in London, before Slipknot make their way across North America beginning July 16 at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. The North American run will include stops at some of the continent’s biggest stadiums, including Citi Field, Soldier Field, Fenway Park, SoFi Stadium and more.
According to the band, the upcoming shows will feature new stage production, a brand-new set and a career-spanning setlist, making the tour a celebration of Slipknot’s nearly three decades as a band.
Bring Me The Horizon will serve as direct support throughout the North American dates, while the remaining opening slots will rotate from city to city.
The tour will then head to South America in September, with dates scheduled in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Colombia. Marilyn Manson and Hatebreed will join Slipknot for several of those shows alongside local support.
The announcement follows weeks of cryptic teases surrounding the tour, including projections and other Slipknot-related imagery appearing in cities included on the upcoming itinerary. The band are also holding special launch events at Wembley Stadium in London and SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
Fans attending those launch events will have the opportunity to purchase tickets before the wider presales and general on-sale. The events will also feature pop-up merchandise shops and a limited-edition poster giveaway for the first 500 ticket purchasers.
The tour is also expected to coincide with the arrival of Slipknot’s forthcoming studio album, which the band have been working on in recent weeks with producer Matt Wallace, known for his work with Faith No More and Mushroomhead.
Earlier this month, Slipknot returned with “Arsenal,” their first new song in more than three years. The track arrived alongside a music video directed by M. Shawn “Clown” Crahan and starring actor Jackson White.
With the new album in the works and an extensive stadium run now confirmed, 2027 is shaping up to be another major chapter for Slipknot.
