California deathcore heavyweights Spite have unveiled a new track titled “Looking Glass,” featuring guest vocals from Matt McDougal of Boundaries. The song arrives with an official visualizer just ahead of the band’s upcoming album, New World Killer, set to drop on Halloween (October 31st).

Frontman Darius Tehrani revealed that “Looking Glass” carries deeply personal meaning, channeling his experience with loss and emotional turmoil:
“This song is about coping with the passing of my father. Being robbed of grief and carrying an anger with nowhere to go. I’m grateful Matt McDougal was able to sing on such an important song with me.”
The track marks one of the more emotionally intense moments from New World Killer, combining Spite’s signature aggression with a haunting undercurrent of vulnerability.
