Static-X Pull Remaining 2026 Tour Dates Over “Serious Medical Issues”

Industrial metal veterans Static-X have officially canceled the remainder of their 2026 touring schedule, citing unspecified medical concerns impacting members of the band.

The group shared the news through social media on Monday, May 18, explaining that the situation requires immediate attention and has forced them off the road for the foreseeable future.

In their statement, the band wrote:

“Due to serious medical issues, Static-X will be forced to cancel our remaining tour dates in 2026. The situation is unavoidable and requires immediate attention.”

The band also apologized to fans affected by the cancelations while expressing optimism about returning next year.

“We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and we promise to return to the stage, bigger, stronger and faster in 2027. We appreciate your continued love and support and look forward to seeing you all again very soon!”

No additional details regarding the nature of the medical issues or which member(s) are affected have been publicly disclosed as of press time.

The touring cancelation arrives less than a year after bassist Tony Campos discussed the possibility of new music from the band’s current lineup once their touring cycle behind the Project Regeneration releases had wrapped up.
