Static-X have unveiled a new batch of spring and summer 2026 headlining dates, scheduled around their already-announced festival appearances. The run will once again feature Dope as direct support, continuing the long-running touring connection between the two bands.
A presale is currently underway for subscribers to Static-X’s mailing list, while the general on-sale launches tomorrow, January 23rd.

It’s the same vocalist. Same guy is doing vocals for Static-X and he’s always been the vocalist for dope. If he wants to tour with Static-X he basically has to bring his own band to open up for them. He can’t go on a full tour and let his own band sit without work.

Last time i saw these two play the same tour, dope played like a 30 minute set and then sevendust played while he rested, then did the static x show. Idk how he can play 2 shows back to back without a break at his age. Guess we’ll see!

Jason Brown they basically have not stopped touring since Edsel joined static-x. Every single tour involves both bands. He plays live twice at every single show every single tour. I don’t see that changing in the next couple of months.

I hate being in ohio anymore. The bands I want to see excuse playing ohio by going to one of the fuck ton of festivals that happen here. So I have to over pay to go to a festival to see a band I want to see rather than going to a more intimate smaller venue and having a super cool experience. Like I love festivals but it’s getting old. I love the small venue shows. King of clubs in columbus, globe iron cleveland, agora cleveland, mahalls lakewood (I’m from northeast Ohio so I dont many other venues then that area). Miss those days

I can’t believe that people are still making “witty” comments about Edsel Dope & Xero, like they’re the world’s greatest detective, and they cracked this mystery wide open.
