The Armed have been paying tribute to Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Nine Inch Nails during their current run of shows. The Michigan experimental metalcore/post-hardcore collective have added a cover of the The Fragile track “Somewhat Damaged” to their live set this month.
Fan-filmed footage from their August 14th performance at The Sinclair in Cambridge, MA captures the band performing the cover for what appears to be the first time.
While The Armed are out promoting their latest album, THE FUTURE IS HERE AND EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE DESTROYED, the addition of the Nine Inch Nails track comes as NIN themselves recently returned from hiatus to tour again this year.
