The Used are set to deliver a career-spanning orchestral performance at one of the world’s most iconic venues next spring. The post-hardcore veterans will present ‘A Mid Summer Night’s Symphony’ on March 29th, 2026, taking the stage of the legendary Sydney Opera House backed by a full orchestra and choir.
The band described the event as “a once in a lifetime opportunity”, sharing:
“The Sydney Opera House is one of the most prestigious venues in the world and we will be playing there with a full orchestra and choir! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for The Used and we couldn’t be more excited. Can’t wait to see you there!”
In keeping with the performance’s Shakespearean nod, the group also issued the following excerpt from A Midsummer Night’s Dream:
“I know a bank where the wild thyme blows,
Where oxlips and the nodding violet grows,
Quite over-canopied with luscious woodbine,
With sweet musk-roses and with eglantine.”
—William Shakespeare, A Midsummer Night’s Dream
