After teasing new entrance music throughout the week, Becky Lynch unveiled her brand-new theme song tonight during her entrance at WWE SummerSlam: Sunday, live from MetLife Stadium in New Jersey — and as speculated, the track was written by The Wonder Years.
The collaboration had been hinted at online, but Lynch confirmed the news herself with a heartfelt Instagram post following the debut:
“I asked @broompeople from the @thewonderyearsband, one of my favorite bands, if they would write new entrance music for me. What they wrote far exceeded even my very high expectations of what they would do. This song is deeply personal to me. It was my honor to debut it at SummerSlam with Dan in the crowd. He’s the man.”
While the official title of the song has yet to be revealed, it’s likely the track will hit streaming platforms soon — we’ll keep you posted as more information becomes available.

This marks the latest crossover between The Wonder Years and WWE. Earlier this year, the band’s track “Year of the Vulture” was chosen as the official theme for NXT’s Stand & Deliver: Philadelphia event. They also paid tribute to the late Bray Wyatt on their recent release ‘Burst & Decay (Volume III)’ with the back-to-back tracks “Wyatt’s Interlude” and “Wyatt’s Song (Your Name)”.
