Tool have expanded their spring tour with two dates in Mexico, marking the legendary alternative metal band’s first full South American tour. The tour comes hot on the heels of last week’s announcement of the inaugural ‘Tool Live In The Sand‘ festival. This highly-anticipated event will take over the beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, from March 07-09, with Primus, Mastodon, Coheed And Cambria, and more on board for a stacked lineup.
Newly confirmed shows include a March 12 performance at Explanada del Estadio Mobil Super in Monterrey and a March 18 stop at Calle 2 in Guadalajara. Tickets for these shows hit the market Monday, November 04, at 12:00 pm CST. Both dates will feature support from rock titans The Cult and supergroup Seven Hours After Violet, bringing together members of System Of A Down, Left To Suffer, Winds Of Plague, and more.
