CONJURER Set October Release For New Album ‘Unself,’ Debut “Hang Them In Your Head” Video

British post-metal outfit Conjurer have announced their third studio album, Unself, set for release on October 24th via Nuclear Blast. The record was produced by Joe Clayton (Pijn), and takes listeners through a deeply personal journey of self-discovery. A press release notes:

“Within the tumult of forging a renewed identity as a band, on ‘Unself’ there is a more intense, more personal voyage of discovery unfurling for vocalist/guitarist Dani Nightingale. Diagnosed with autism at age 31, their long-held view of self, and perception of their place in the world began to unravel. ‘Unself’ documents much of the piecing back together around the diagnosis, alongside the realization they were non-binary.”

Fans can get their first taste of the album with the Matthieu Gill-directed music video for “Hang Them In Your Head”. The band shared:

“‘Unself’ is a record that we have put everything of ourselves into, in a way that we didn’t think possible for this band. ‘Hang Them…’ is only the beginning. Thank you all for your patience, we are happy to report that it will be worth the wait.”
