Danny Elfman has revealed the lineup for his upcoming 2026 North American tour, assembling an all-star backing band featuring members of Nine Inch Nails, A Perfect Circle, Dethklok, and more as he prepares to release a new rock album.
While details surrounding the album remain under wraps, Elfman has confirmed that an official announcement is coming soon. Earlier this year, the acclaimed composer and musician was spotted in the studio with Slash (Guns N’ Roses) and Wes Borland (Limp Bizkit), hinting at the collaborative nature of the upcoming release.
For the fall tour, Elfman will be joined by an impressive lineup of musicians:
- Nili Brosh (Dethklok) – Guitar
- Robin Finck (Nine Inch Nails, former Guns N’ Roses) – Guitar
- Matt McJunkins (A Perfect Circle) – Bass
- Josh Freese (Nine Inch Nails, former Foo Fighters) – Drums
Notably absent from the touring lineup is Reba Meyers, who had recently performed with Elfman.
Fans can expect more than just material from Elfman’s forthcoming rock album. The setlist will also include songs from Oingo Boingo, selections from his solo catalog, and performances of music from his legendary film and television scores. Select outdoor performances will feature a full orchestra and choir, bringing many of Elfman’s iconic compositions to life.
