From First To Last have released a new music video for “Your Name In Red Ink,” further ushering in a new era for the veteran post-hardcore band.
The track originally debuted last week and marked several major milestones for the group. Not only was it the band’s first release featuring new vocalist Lil Lotus, but it also served as their first release since signing with Fearless Records.
Now, the band have followed up the single with an official music video directed by guitarist and vocalist Travis Richter.
The release represents the latest step in From First To Last’s ongoing evolution as they move forward with a refreshed lineup and creative direction.
While details remain limited, “Your Name In Red Ink” is expected to appear on a forthcoming From First To Last EP, which has yet to receive an official title or release date.
For longtime fans, the song offers an early glimpse into the band’s new chapter with Lil Lotus at the helm, while also maintaining elements of the emotional intensity and melodic aggression that helped establish From First To Last as one of the defining acts of the 2000s post-hardcore scene.
