Saliva have released a new music video for “Cope”, their recent collaboration with Trevor McNevan of Thousand Foot Krutch.

The track leans into a rap-rock throwback vibe, pairing Saliva’s modern hard rock edge with McNevan’s unmistakable vocal delivery. Now, the newly unveiled video brings that message to life visually.

Speaking on the song when it first arrived, Saliva vocalist Bobby Amaru detailed the emotional core behind the track:

“‘Cope’ is about the quiet battles young people fight while trying to figure out who they are in a world that doesn’t always make it easy. It’s for every kid who feels too much, thinks too hard, and is just trying to make it through the noise. Having Trevor McNevan on this track was a blast and I feel that he really brought the song home.”

McNevan also shared his perspective on the song’s themes, pointing toward surrender and self-realization:

“‘Cope’ is about losing control—and realizing you were never meant to have control in the first place. The song really illustrates the feeling of hitting the bottom and realizing the only way up is to surrender.”
