SYSTEM OF A DOWN’s Serj Tankian Premieres New Track “I’m In Heaven”

Serj Tankian, frontman of System Of A Down, has unveiled “I’m In Heaven”, the latest single from his upcoming compilation Covers, Collaborations & Collages.

The track marks the fourth installment in his ongoing weekly release series leading up to the album’s arrival on October 24th. Positioned as the fourth track on the record, “I’m In Heaven” finds Tankian leaning into a more cinematic side of his songwriting.

Speaking on the song, Tankian shared:

“This song is a beautiful ballad with piano and strings, with a middle eight that is reminiscent of and influenced by Dead Can Dance. The song is a journey. See where it takes you…”
